What are my payment options?

We currently accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.

 

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We do not assume responsibility for any lost, stolen or delayed packages after an order has been fulfilled. After your order has received it's tracking number, it is out of our hands and in the custody of the United States Postal Service. We will provide you with your packages tracking number.

If your package is lost or stolen, we encourage you to fill out a missing mail form on the USPS website which can be found.

 

I accidentally provided the wrong address on my order. What can I do?

Please make sure to proofread your address when placing an order. Unfortunately, we cannot compensate for lost or stolen packages that occur due to incorrect address information.

We encourage you to contact us as soon at you notice the error. We can fix it if the package has not yet been shipped.
